What's new in Inverifi: April 2022 product update

This month, we're really thrilled to announce a new addition to Klarity Works: in-product onboarding.

Onboarding

Sign-up and sign-in

This has been updated with our branding, which includes Inverifi logo and brand colours.

Inverifi quickstart

When you log into Inverifi for the very first time, you land on your homepage.

So, where do you go next?

There are many different features and pages to be explored, so it can be difficult to know where to start.

The Inverifi quickstart encourages the completion of three tasks, whilst explaining their value and benefits.

Complete each task and notice how the checkboxes change colour – a touch of gamification helps make these tasks feel rewarding.

Hotspot overlay tour

Hand-in-hand with the Inverifi quickstart, the hotspot tour is designed to guide you through the product whilst explaining the value of our core features.

Accessibility

Last month we had a fantastic hybrid training session with HeX Productions on all things web accessibility.

This month, it was about time that we embarked on a journey to make Inverifi more accessible, aiming to meet WCAG 2.0 level of AA conformance.

Our QA team dedicated themselves to manually test the entire product using keyboard-only navigation. This emphasised several issues: inconsistencies with navigation, as well as lack of colour contrast in several screens.

Automated testing was also performed using Wave and a screen reader, which highlighted several icons and buttons without labels.

These improvements gave us plenty of momentum when thinking about accessibility at every step of the way: starting with design, through to development and testing.

And of course, this is a crucial step in making Inverifi more accessible and inclusive to everyone on the web.

What’s next?

We have not one, but two very exciting changes in the works: a brand-new feature, and a big improvement to an existing process.

Before we go any further, let’s just say that both developments will not only simplify your compliance processes, but they will also greatly facilitate the creation of a transparent audit trail.

These will be released within the next few days, so follow us on Linkedin and Twitter to stay up to date with all our product news.

If you’d like to chat about your organisation’s compliance needs or book a demo – we’re here to help.
