We are thrilled to announce the release of Diagrams, a brand new content type now available on Inverifi.
Diagrams provide you with the freedom and control to visualise any process flows your business has, while eliminating the hassle of using third-party applications. With Diagrams, you can store all your documentation and flows in one place, straight out of the box.
Diagrams are a new content type that anyone in your organisation can create. To get started, simply click the plus button in the bottom right corner of your screen, select “Diagrams”, and use our simple drag-and-drop interface to add shapes onto the page and connect them with arrows.
Then add a title and click save – it’s that easy! You can share your diagrams with anyone with an Inverifi account, and collaborate with your colleagues, partners and customers to create the flows you need.
Our Diagrams come with all of the common symbols defined by the ANSI, as well as swim lanes – and this is just the starting point, we’ll continue to iterate and add more shapes as time goes on.
In addition to creating new Diagrams, you can also insert or embed existing diagrams into any of our other content types, such as manuals or risks – enabling you to create a complete view of your organisation’s governance. Additionally, any changes you make to a Diagram will be automatically updated in all the places where it has been inserted or embedded. This ensures that your documentation is always up-to-date, saving you time and reflecting the most current version of your process flows.
