Inverifi is about solving what we feel is one of the biggest issues in compliance: documentation which is left unread, outdated and forgotten.
We tackle this issue by providing a compliance solution which focuses on putting the users first – if people want to use the platform then documentation is far more likely to be read, referenced and maintained.
We began creating Inverifi in 2020 as we had an internal problem to solve with our compliance strategy – documentation just wasn’t getting read, referenced or maintained.
We had a legacy product in use: a Drupal-based solution which we had created in 2016 in order to get through our ISO:27001 audit.
It worked, but the problem was that it just wasn’t nice to use, which contributed towards compliance being thought of once-a-year (solely to get through our audits).
This is where we got the idea for Inverifi – we wanted to replicate and improve the functionality that our current solution offered but massively improve the User Experience in order to make our people more likely to enjoy using the product, which in turn would feed into a culture of compliance and make our audits a breeze (we passed our first audit using Inverifi with 0 non-conformities or notes).
